We at Meetings and Events cannot work from home. We are on the road constantly for R&D, checking out new opportunities and testing out new concepts and venues. Don’t get home very often and then we need to kick back and take a rest from the exhaustion.

Do I want to work from home forever? No.
Do I want to work in an office with 100s or 1000s of people and be exposed to COVID because someone doesn't believe in science and won't stay home when they are sick? No.
it makes no sense for our team. We support various teams all across the country, many of them not anywhere near a hub. In fact if I were to go into the "hub" office, there would be only 4 of my team mates, all on different schedules, all on the phone all day. No interaction, except may be if we could line up lunch hour ( yeah what lunch hour!!)
All our Agile meetings are by phone or zoom. The number of people in the various standup rooms were about 4 out of 20 pre-covid, so I don't understand what all the fuss is about being co-located. it was working fine pre-covid, and it is now.

Yes, I would love to do this permanently. For my job, there is no reason to go into an office. The only thing that needs to change is the communication. Communication in my department has always been bad and my manager is horrible at it. If that improves and managers figure out how to keep folks informed the work from home would be even better.
Wfh all day every day. Yes please. I usually travel a lot and I love not doing that right now. Looking for a job that won’t make me travel post covid!

I would like the option of coming in and staying home. I personally like to be out and about and staying home for me all day is boring as hell. But I do appreciate the opportunity to wfh just not on a permanent basis.

My team and I have worked from home for the last 11 years. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that we need to be in an office, and also no reason to make anyone relocate to one of these "hub" locations. WFH is one of the last remaining positive perks of working at Wells Fargo; taking that way is going to cause a lot of talent flight to one of the NUMEROUS other companies that are embracing work from home.

To be honest all my team is scattered across the country. I only come into the office because... well they told me to..LOL. I really can be doing the job from my home like I have been doing since the pandemic.

Work from home with zero distractions, or go in and have to deal with the pompous gamesmanship, BS, and always having to be “On”? I think it’s been established that working from home operationally has been a success. Management hates it because they can’t stand over you and play their mind games. The genie is out of the bottle on virtual work places. They’re going to have a hell of a time recorking that bottle post Covid.
