Let me say this. Get an education, start a business with passion, chase that dream you've had. I've said it for years to my team. Take your destiny back into your own hands and out of these shady corporations & overpaid, out of touch executives & board members. Today this company has confirmed to me what I knew they were already. Burying your actions online to say hey we told you it was coming won't change the reputation. The reputation was already bad from the outside looking in & now it's worse from the inside looking out. The QUICK changes made over the past year was a big red flag. Never staying the course on any one project or product introduced. At this point I'm over it. There were solid bankers let go today & the methods they are doing it in is daunting. Get yourself in order & give Wells Fargo Bank their jobs back before they take them away from you & before it effects your health. Peace be with you. Before you trolls get on with your non sense, this is for the sensible people.

This is a nice post. I got out of the retail side years ago from a mgmt position. The writing was on the wall then. All pre 17 stuff aside the platform banking model was dying. I'm close to 20 years and I had a lot of friends and old co-workers affected today. It's never fun and I will everyone the best.
