I didn't hear (or pay attention to) bonus info about high earners specifically. I did hear that bonus eligible employees will get 40% max of possible bonuses and that raises are pretty much out this year. According to the most recent town hall meeting they are trying to be very transparent so if you have any questions call HR or ask your manager. I think the goal is to use this cut as incentive to turn the company around and the following years could be better.

Hey guys, there are tons of jobs out there! I just got multiple offers another 30-40k higher than here and 100% remote too! But beyond just compensation they all offer growth opportunities and great benefits too! Ill have to make my decision soon!
This place pays super low, not sure maybe its because they are in a lower cost of living in NC.
I wouldnt count on bonuses or pay raises to be great this year, but I have no inside info on this either.

You're not paying attention if you didn't already hear about this.
Did anyone else hear about this? I sure didn't. I appreciate someone taking the time to post something of value that could affect the future finance of my employer for which my manager nor leadership has bothered to mention then nasty comments or irrelevant information from people who have no skin in the game
