Got my call at 9:30 this morning. DM sounded like they were reading from a script. Fed ex package in 2 days. Sad, but I kinda had a feeling it was coming. Good luck everyone, it’s a tough time of the year with Christmas on the horizon and Covid getting worse. We all deserve better. I’m going to try to stay positive and enjoy the holidays. After that, ramp up job search
One of the IT managers laid off today. I heard there were others. Been with the bank since before the turn of the century. So rough times and I don’t think this over anytime soon.
tech managers got hit hard. not specific to location. it's all over the place. IA/AZ .. etc..
Sorry to those who got laid off today. Happened to me a couple weeks back. I put nothing past this company! They could have waited until after the holidays. B*#tereds.

IT Manager here...got notified today. 24 years of service and Im told I was rated by my fellow managers and it was determined I was no longer a 'good' manager. I dont blame my manager, I blame those that didnt know me that had to 'rate' me as a manager.

IT Manager in net sec let go today. told it was 60 days paid non working and 2 weeks for every year. 15 years now gone. time to start over somewhere new.

Two were laid off this morning in REVS (Real Estate Valuation Services) Analytics. 60-day notice was non-working. They were ZZd right before it was announced. Very sad.
Gone but fine with it. Manager IT. Was told there may be opportunities in other areas.

I am manager in wholesale, CRE... I know there are big layoffs planned for first few weeks of 2021. Not aware of any before end of year

Can confirm a mid-level (3 under Saul) manager in Infrastructure just let go. Big hole left in leadership.
