Beware, the communicated bonus funding levels are not what they seem

It has been communicated that the bonuses, during the upper management calibrations, will be subject to 'major' reductions. So if you're expecting 80-85 % (depending on full target amounts), just don't.

Just part of the "let's make it as miserable as we can" campaign that Charlie has underway to get his 'natural' attrition. I can't wait to see the flood of notices turned in come 2/8/2021.

I will not be turning mine in; I simply will log on every morning and then...that's it. No emails answered, no task performed, no meetings attended. As slow as HR is, I'll get my 'salary continuation' pay before I am finally let go.

They are starting at 85% this year.. and will go down from there.. depending on your performance rating and compensation discussions with your managers..

bonuses? expected with WF's earnings? while cutting $10BB? not really likely for most of us, but I've been surprised before
