Just about no one is in the offices right now. Even when working remote going forward, we don’t need as much office space. Why would we hold on to so much? Not just in one city, but across all of the cities. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were other sales. Working remote doesn’t require you to also have a dedicated office.
Thats where the data center took down all the sites a few years back. They are shutting that state down plus weather is not ideal for humans.
There was one freaking ATM removed in Mall of America. Seriously get a grip.
They are the offices at 550 4th St. Wells Fargo Auto just gave up their space in the building due to a reshuffle of our hub structure. Impacted employees at that location are being redeployed as full time remote workers as of the first quarter (basically now). Nothing in the organizational email we’ve received said anything about employees having to relocate to a job city or anything about layoffs.. but it’s still early.
I live and work in Mpls and have heard nothing.
