Did you all see the numbers? Customers are flocking to t-mobile and AT&T.
The higher ups seem like they don't know why.
Let me tell you.
- The competition has WAY better deals. People are looking to lower their bills now. Being number 1 in anything isn't enough anymore. We're in a pandemic. People are looking for anyways to lower their bills.
- Verizon screwed the front line workers that are the reason there is growth. Everyone, I know had in someway hit the brakes or at least let off the gas. The heavy hitters were pushed away or they're not trying as hard. Because there's nothing in it for them.
I can understand (to an extent) tying RIS to pay, but its unbelievably unfair how its calculated and how much of an impact it has.
Lower prices. Simplify the promos. And start paying us for what we contribute. Make RIS more fare and lucrative.
You say "one team". There's still a major disconnect between Retail, customer service and indirect. Customer service tells customers stuff that is untrue about retail and indirect does what ever TF they want and retails hands are tied because of it.
