We should find out end of February. All the big wigs are still on holiday PTO hangovers. I wouldn’t be surprised to see all branch employees roll to the Branch Manager. There’s still going to be a Service Manager, but what they do will be different. Expect to see them responsible to support the entire branch, with expertise in operations, rather than just the tellers.
I’ve seen some of the new digital concepts they have for the branch, but one manager can’t possible keep that going in all types of branches we have, even with the layoffs that happened.
