What is the purpose of someone using F7 (spell check) on CR's that are written by someone else?
Middle management is afraid of technical people cause they dont know the domains they work in

Infosec is littered with people doing nothing more than tracking spreadsheets, policy exceptions or other administrative nonsense.

Also the issue with these types of administrative resources, while maybe they find a missing period or missing letter, they miss that the document author left out all the technical details the CR will require?
Wonder why they don't actually 'seek to understand'? When they are done the period is there but content is not.

attention to detail is a pretty important component for most jobs. so, would wager managers that do this are doing a quick check to see if there were errors the candidate should have caught themself by using spell check.
Although, I don't think this is a defensible reason you use to tell HR why you didn't interview someone so they'd have to come up with a different excuse if they were otherwise qualified.

Can't spell means can't code appropriately without an error which means potentially an error in production so why again would they be afraid...hysterical.
