We have never had additional PST in Iowa, join the club!
Wmployees who are ineligible for PTO will receive additional PTSD beyond their annual accrual.
These laws are written to help people that don't get PTO, so they have some financial security when they get sick and have to miss some work. It wasn't designed to give people that already have PTO even more PTO. Sure, we'd all like some more PTO, but that's not what this is for.
