EEOC filing and WF

Does anyone have experience with WF and EEOC filing? What do they do, especially if it is for an ER case that was researched and closed as no evidence, but there is STRONG evidence?

No a lawyer nor EE will do anything for you. Avoid avoid avoid. INSTEAD, go to another bank and Your customers will want to leave WF as well - customers will just follow you and you won’t have to worry about your non-compete, it’s brilliant!

I have a lawyer and will certainly get their advice as they are the ones drafting the EEOC documents. Does anyone have specific experience using a lawyer, does it help? If the EEOC is useless then what can one do?

A friend suggested another recommendation. You can personally list the individuals (mgrs, Executives, HR/ER/Conduct Mgmt etc.), along with WF, so the inept managers, Senior Managers and Executives are also held accountable at the Federal level. Additionally, you can consider going after them in a civil case as well. Another point is that they will have to disclose this when they go to apply for another job (especially in the finance industry.....that they were a defendant in a federal case). Maybe next time they will consider doing the right thing in the first place. Have your attorney look into it.........Karma is a B****

The elite 1% stacks the deck against the regular person. The corporations don’t keep all those Wall Street lawyers around for nothing.

If you do get anything, your lawyer gets their cut first and you get whatever is left.

My case fits this exactly, lots of documented evidence, was filed with the EEOC Oct of last year, I responded to Wells response to my allegations back in April. It has not even been assigned to an investigator yet and I've heard nothing from them. If you're counting on the EEOC to get the justice we deserve, you'll be sadly disappointed.

You file a complaint with the EEOC. WF then files a response. The EEOC will then make a preliminary determination about how to proceed. If there is an issue the EEOC thinks has merit, it will often push for the two sides to come to the table and try to reach an agreement with an EEOC mediator.

If the situation is egregious or if mediation fails, EEOC can decide to sue. You, as an individual with a complaint, cannot sue unless the EEOC gives its consent for you to do so. That does not mean a lawyer is useless- a lawyer can help assess if your claim has merit and how to best present your case to the EEOC. A lawyer can participate on your behalf in mediation. But suing doesn’t happen immediately.

The whole process can take years. So be prepared to be patient. The wheels of justice grind slowly.

Sometimes WF will settle. But first the EEOC would have to read your complaint, WF’s response, and decide there is something worth pursuing. Having worked with these types of issues for many years at WF and elsewhere, I will say that is rare. Most cases the EEOC chooses not to pursue.

You may also gave additional rights to pursue a complaint at the state level either separately, or in conjunction with the EEOC. An attorney can also help you understand those, although most state sites (and even the EEOC) do a decent job of explaining the process and making their forms accessible for non-attorneys.

Get yourself a lawyer who will only take a % if you win. (That % will be as high as 40%, but it’s a win-win for you in the satisfaction you will get for proving WFC to be wrong.)

Your evidence will have to be strong for a lawyer to take the case. Often, all it will take is a letter from your lawyer. WFC will settle rather than being in the news again for abusing more employees.

I'm not an exert, but the people working at WF are criminals, so nothing anyone puts in will be successful in this and many other areas.

Hopefully they start selling the parts off to businesses with better, experienced management and Executives.
