Many of the people here know they don't have the skills to succeed so their only trick is toxicity. Maybe if they put in an 20 min they could get better, but they don't care to get better or to do any extra work. Prefer to continue doing nothing or very little.
Hard workers wont make it here.
Amen to that! One virus might be stemmed, but toxic WF culture has gone on far too long and still persists.
