Anyone have any insight into when we might find out our compensation and bonus information this year given that the timeline was moved up? Just wondering if I'll get to spend my (reduced) bonus early this year!

HR leaving it to managers to communicate no bonuses.
Base
“No increase in base pay for anyone who makes over $150k” - is that $150k number base salary or base plus bonus target?
Bonus funded at 80%, no bonus if less than “meets” rating. Then sliding scale, based on performance rating, so a percentage of the 80%. No base pay increases for anyone who makes over $150K, or for anyone with a less than “meets” rating.
I have also heard that 80% is the likely funding level for bonuses. I’m in audit. Ratings will of course affect everyone’s allotment individually, but an average person will get 80% of target.
There is a bonus..at least in Technology (as of today). However, everything is funded at around 80% and the new ratings that went into effect mid-year will determine how much you will get. While pay for performance is a good thing, rolling it out in a very disjointed manner isn't! They should have done a better job with rolling this out. The 2-3 down level managers are at the mercy of senior management. Most folks don't seem to realize that. They did not have any insight into the layoffs and were notified 1-2 weeks prior to any displacements in their teams, and forced to take empathy and how to communicate training prior to the dreaded conversation. Good folks were displaced in a miserable year that does not want to end. Unfortunately, it is corporate America and the company is beholden to it's shareholders first.
Bonus pays out 2/5

i guess if we are still here!
I wonder how big a merit increase Scharf gets and how large his bonus will be. As far as I know he has hired 15-20 middle aged white men from JPM and other past employers and has laid off some employees.
He also sold some businesses and slashed the dividend. Not sure what else he has to show for his 2020 performance. He is leading investors on with his strategic review of our businesses. I cannot believe it has taken him over a year to achieve this... I would bet the investor community is not exactly thrilled with his performance.
2020 will be known as the year of the new Bone Us
End of Jan is communication of merit and bonuses (1/27-29)
Thanks all. I found it on Teamworks. I obviously don't read the corp communications emails! :)
Lots of communications sent on this from corp communications and posted on TW. Jan you will find out, Feb it takes effect.
Never ever saw a bonus. Not high enough in a food chain apparently.
Bonus? What's a bonus?
The schedule is on Teamworks.
