With Wells, you never know when your number gets selected. I was laid off lat year right after I returned from Thanksgiving first of December. They have to give you notice and serve you with your displacement packet etc. There are papers that need to be signed agreeing to the salary continuation program and promising not to sue them. Typically 30 days before you become an “inactive “ Team Member. That is your employment status until the end of the severance period and before Cobra kicks in. If they want you off the employment roles at end of year, you’ll get tapped when you return from Thanksgiving.

Apply some common sense. It's a holiday week when many employees are on PTO. Not just those with a target on their backs, but also managers and HR. Safe assumption it's a bye week.

We are nearing the time where they won't displace until 2021.
