Can anyone confirm the recent information that Wells Fargo Advisors is planning to sell its “Disaster Recovery Center” located in West St. Louis County in early 2021. And that up to 25% of its St. Louis workforce will be returning to its campus by February. All others will be allowed to work from home?

Post ID: @uog+183m80q5 I am not the OP, but I work in a branch office and we did not receive an email. Communication from Home Office to branches is negligent these days.
If you don't work here, why does it matter? If you read your email, you would not have posted the question regarding return to office.
I heard the same thing about the Disaster Recovery site. Now that WFA has figured out the business can function with people working from home, WFH is the new disaster plan. It seems like the long-term responsible goal should still be to have an alternative site in another part of the country, like EDJO, but we have never made it happen. They don’t want to spend the money. And maybe WFA is not part of the long-term plan.
I can not confirm the 25% back to the office in February. I have heard, through the vine, that the Home Office has not done anything in the building yet to prepare for people returning safely- as far as spacing people out, improving ventilation, reducing touch-points, improving bathrooms, putting up plastic barriers etc. They have time, though, and are probably waiting to see how Covid and vaccines play out.
They are not going to force nonessential telework-capable people into the offices with Covid spiking like it will be by February and the vaccine distribution not rolled out yet. Use your head.
