Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

No longer able to comment on Teamwork’s articles?

Anyone else notice that the ability to comment on articles in Teamwork’s has been turned off for the majority of the recent communications? I am guessing our new leadership is no longer interested in our opinion around the lack of diversity in our latest hires, 401k changes, or any of the other ridiculous moves made by our new CEO. Just an interesting observation since we are supposed to be embracing candor and all....

I worked for a global information services corp who had a similar board, it was funny to me that all the US workers only posted cheery positive brown nose stuff but the Euros where blunt as they wanted to be, they would rip anything. That still resonates with me for some reason.

Even when there were comments, they were heavily moderated/sanitized anyway. Sometimes even professional ones that were only mildly challenging to leadership would be quietly removed, once they started to get a lot of engagement.

that started largely several months ago; only recently have there been a few with comments on.

Any "regulated" user couldn't comment for years already.

I was fine with them removing comments on Teamworks. It was 20 people that commented on every article. Hopefully they have more time to work now.

Yes - I don’t believe Chuckles cares about our opinions. He’s here to do a job and employees come second. Dangerous strategy for long term success.

I’ve always been a little surprised by some of the things people write on there. I’d read some comments and think “man they know their name is attached to that, don’t they?” Though I suppose that speaks to my own fear of stepping out of line and getting in trouble...
