Let gets the facts out there highest paid ceo in in the entire industry worst performance of all major banks he doesn't even work out of the banks HQ, he treats the place like a uber gig, when 270K plus employees and their families are counting on him, close to a million people with their families included he's hired a bunch of his buddies who know zero about the bank for leadership roles, he's guy a kid reporting to him he's cost stockholders over 56% this last year he calls employees here for decades part of the wrong doing, when we had nothing to do with it he's called a big chunk of people here racist in need to of D&I brainwashing and does it non stop There's no jobs to even jump to, the site is basically filled with fake job posting There's a ton of employees who should have been let go years ago and he doesn't let them go anyone who's half way decent has had their career k–led off his socialist moves of padding medical and 401k's for lower paid employees and cutting it for higher paid employees is maybe the dumbest thing i've seen. Anyone half a brain will run for the exit. This guy is the worst of the worst, we need to get of this guy asap

Hi, I'm a BNY Mellon employee. Charlie has also brought over some of his "boys." Good Luck to you all! One of note: C.D.–new head of change management. The way he brings about change is by falling asleep in meetings from being out on a binge the night before. It's comical! He did nothing productive in his short time at BNYM.

That's exactly it, Wells Fargo has always represented ideals like capitalism, hard work, being frugality, middle class striving and getting ahead, relationship building. Charlie represents ideals like nepotism, socialism. Just like a “Stan” state the real agenda is always to enrich a few namely Charlie and his friends.

This guy is so disconnected from WF, its like he's a million miles away. I’m not even sure he works here. He might have did the D&I videos all at once a year ago. Charlie is pulling slime ball money tricks. The typical employee here is so frugal they would pick up pennies in the middle of a busy side walk, they know when they’re getting cheated or the place doesn’t have their best interest at heart. If they need to make cuts, do it and get rid of poor performers. He burn's the wrong people and he's asking for hell on earth.

I know it’s completely unrealistic, but I always wish some young aggressive news reporter trolled this sight for story ideas. An anonymous layoff board is not trustworthy material, I know, but it would be cool if someone saw enough of a theme to investigate the facts and report on them. I’m not putting any money on it lol.
