Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

We were told back in September they were going to move people

We were told in September by senior leaders in WIM Compliance that they were going to move people around to comply with the spans and layers requirements. It is now October, and no movement has occurred. When we ask these senior leaders why there has been no movement, they act like they never stated that movement would occur to begin with. Does anyone know what is going on with this? Did HR decide there wasn’t going to be any movement and they don’t want to tell us? Are they just going to cut managers with less than 6 direct reports, and call it a day? So friggin frustrating

I barely have been able to hold a 9-5 job even. I was fired from my job at
Apple and quit my job in other top tier tech companies. I will quit this one
too as this type of tech just wont cut it for any one trying to move up in Tech and projects
do not exist.

If covid never happened I would say that this most likely would have been done, and we would now have at least 15k laid off.
