Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Some folks are really worried

All this layoff worrying is causing people anxiety.

Sometimes that anxiety, if severe enough, can cause conditions like irritable bowel syndrome.

For example, a worker named Pablo recently shared the following:

"I've been so nervous that I'm easily passing my entire body weight in waste every day."

I am not sure what worrying adds to life. I would expect that grown ups would take charge of their own life circumstances and make choices knowing the consequences of those. In USA, there is no job security. Plan for it and expect that at some point job can be lost.
If you can't function then see a doctor or use the resources available to you via employee assistance.
I believe in the law of attraction, as such I believe that focus of the attention of worrying would bring into my life more reasons to worry about. So it's against my life rules to worry about anything. If I experience these worrisome thoughts I release them through meditation.
