What is enough to stay? Some sites are doing retention pay for the critical few. (Didn’t get a package?.. now you know where you stand). Not all of the sites are participating which is a good indicator for future footprint actions.

Some sites are restoring bathroom privilege's complete with 400 grit toilet paper. Now, that will help retain folks. Or maybe Honeywell will go in the way back machine and give away turkeys complete with RONA!

I received a retention monthly and a bonus to stay along for the ride. Plus I got a week of severance for every year worked (17). They paid me everything, never missed a payment.
Most Leaders have no clue who the real critical few are. Remember, anyone can do anything. It's all really easy. Yes sir.
I received a retention bonus but had to stay 2 years. They Rif'ed me two months short of the payout and were supposed to pay a prorated amount. They were late on payment so I considered it a breach of contract and asked for the whole amount. I was surprised they agreed and paid the full bonus.
True. I received a small cash merit bump in aero phoenix. didnt even cover a week of furlough. Nice gesture but ....nope.
When I worked at HON our site had a retention committee.
Just a bunch of the site leaders lackeys with an excuse to sit in a conference room and have bagels and coffee for an hour a couple times a week.
Nothing ever came of it. People were still leaving in droves.
Site leader would grill them after they gave their notice.
Nobody would give him specifics as to why they were leaving.
This is hilarious. Have you even worked for Honeywell? They don’t give a sh!t about their employees. The idea of them offering a retention package is laughable.
