This reminds me I have not done my own review yet, or my peer reviews. If I am lucky I will get a zero rating and be one of those people who stop working immediately.
Managers have entered their 1-5 ratings. Now it goes to the snr mgr and executive mgr level to calibrate the curve across their organizations. They will review comments made by managers to ensure the language supports the score and if it doesn’t managers will be asked to clarify/defend their ratings or change them. This will happen across multiple levels over the month of Nov
Are ratings in the system and written reviews on the same timeline? I think generally ratings have to be done first, and finalized. I thought right now, managers were focused on the written reviews.

Let's make it clear what kind of manager may or may not be toxic.
It's a big bank, lots of us work tech and don't go anywhere near an account.
no one and i mean no one wants a ex wells fargo manager. You get let go and your like worse than toxic sludge, 80% chance your never working again, unless its Target or something. Ever seen those who get shown the door, its like years go by and then they pick up anything they can, EVP to EL Entry Level. Good lesson, if the company doesn't make money your out of work.
If there is something to be done, Wells Fargo will find a way to do it that is backwards, counterproductive and overly time consuming.

If your a manager let go from WF your not getting hired anywhere.. and if your lucky to pick something up after a year or two on the bench your taking a 60% pay cut.
Everyone's worried, but my morbid curiosity is looking forward to seeing these supposed mass layoffs. Especially at the manager level, SVP especially, but definitely all managers with fewer than 7 directs.
If they only do a couple thousand a month, then no one who isn't being laid off will ever really notice. So I guess maybe i shouldn't be waiting for the "big one".
Maybe none of us should...
