I don't know why I bother, but I'm watching the tech town hall today, and again, they are just throwing buzzwords into the blender and spewing corp-speak all over themselves.
I thought maybe there'd be something about layoffs based on so many posts saying 10/13 was going to be one of "the days".
These people all seem nice, but this town hall is beyond useless.
I've worked for several corporations large and larger over 30 years and WF is by far the most full of empty talk. Top execs hammer on phrases like current fave "automation" but I'll guarantee nobody involved in the execution has any idea what that what that actually constitutes.
I was amused at all the talk of new diversity hires, when WF is about to cut $500 million from Technology Infrastructures's budget, according to JG in another all hands TI call
