Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I have decided to start taking my cues from Charlie regarding answering questions about my work.

Just read the WSJ article and actually learned something from our leader. It’s brilliant, really.

When people ask me what I have accomplished in the past year, I will ask my spokesman to say “He has been laying the groundwork for the company rebound.” So then let’s say my bosses ask for more detail on exactly what I have been doing and exactly what progress has occurred, I will answer “It’s all been happening behind the scenes.”

Eh.. it's like sports coach speak. You have to say something to the press, but you can't give away all the tactics. And consider his manager isn't the WSJ, but the board... so there's that
