Per the old regime:
Team member = employees, store = branch, and solutions = sales. Use whatever terminology makes you feel good, the stench of incompetence and inefficiency lingers.

Don’t worry about it just collect your paycheck and do no further effort than your tasks.

They don’t want any teamwork anymore only individuals . That’s why they change the name from team member to employee . Do your tasks and forget about the rest

Teamwork’s is getting a new name. I received a survey asking my impression of six or seven names they are looking at. Forget all of them but some were Wellswork, The Well, CommUnity. I told them that no matter what name they come up with that people will initially hate it because no one has explained why we are no longer team members.

Don’t worry - they will likely be renamed soon. You know how it is things change slowly at WF. We still have teamworks - bet that will be renamed too. Sh– we prob won’t be Wells Fargo any more. I think our new name will be Chase.
