No HR department any longer, hope i still have benefits! No way to get any help
They should put a post on teamworks instead of just an email.

A 2020 year-end timeline found on Teamworks shows that October 26-November 20th is to be the open enrollment period for US based employees.
No we don’t; it’s 10/15 which is earlier than usual
