Does anyone know when the new incentive structure for bonuses is for coming out quarter 3?

Yah! I don’t want to discourage anyone, and it’s not our fault we are in this position, but we reported a loss in the second quarter so.....
don't be expecting a bonus. never plan on it. it's basically a gift anyway... don't disappoint yourself. be surprised and happy if you get one.

Retail does; it’s mainly based on customer surveys. It was up through Q2 and last I checked Q3 info. we were waiting on updates and it was unknown. I’m in Austin and we have had our lobby open for quite some time. We have a lot of foot traffic.
Since COVID, does retail even get enough foot traffic to meet quarterly goals/incentive? How are people doing it?
