Likes: Good pay, usually interesting work, been around a while. Decent people to work with for the most part.
Dislikes: Too many layers, too many id–ts that keep messing things up, dysfunctional orgs, mixed bag of decent leaders and dipsh*ts, too many inefficient and cumbersome processes which in many cases is simply about jumping through hoops and ticking boxes.
Pros: plenty of time to look for a new job

Likes: made some of my best friends here. good boss. my work is not micro-managed, pay, PTO.
Dislikes: self-serving bosses up the line, politics, yes-men, golden boys, outdated nearly- worthless technology, cold non-communicative CEO who doesn’t care about his employees, all the fraud scandal fines regulatory issues, stress, bs compliance classes, cheap phones, worthless weekly meetings, no flexibility around hours and WFH (excluding Covid), white privileged men still running the show, all the PR bs, building is disgusting...that about covers it.
I like WFH (telecommute) - Take that and I am out.
Many companies now offer it - that's not good for WF, more competition for labor.
When I got this job (2017) it was difficult to find a WFH FT job. Today, hahaha, it's almost the only game in town.
