Today there was one new Director level post in the CCO organization with 15 open seats. That's right, one requisition number with15 Director level slots being filled. Sounds very fishy! Does anyone know what is happening? Are those real vacancies or just another fake recruiting process, ie., place holders for pre-selected candidates from NY/JPMC?

In Technology, they created a lot of senior roles recently. If you think they were all white males, you are not paying attention but you can bet it was pure nepotism as far as hiring. In this case, it is people they already know like all senior roles.

It looks like numerous director roles are being consolidated into the 15 posted today and the current occupants now have to reapply for their roles. I’m sure there are far more than 15 directors in Control, like waaaaaay more. I noticed that the post lists a Master degree as a required qualification, so the writing is now on the wall for the old timers that are having to go through this process.

@oze Since when? Everyone on my team is a heterosexual white male or female. More males than females. Not that I care one way or another but saying you want to have more d&i doesnt mean no one is hiring you.

In other areas, directors are having to reapply for their roles which are being consolidated and a spot is not guaranteed.
I think those are all roles reporting to the functions across Poole’s leadership team. Kind of reminds me of what SERM (Strategic Enterprise Risk Management) was supposed to do for corporate risk from a horizontal infrastructure perspective, and mostly failed to do.
How many current director level spots are there? Maybe they are trimming the number to 15 and they all have to apply to keep their position?
