will prorated bonus be paid

are we collecting any prorated bonus if we get laid off, say by Oct? My bonus is a significant part of the TC.

Yes, however it will be severely cut. I was laid off last October and received 25% of my historic bonus. It is better than nothing but also was last year.

yes, bonus is pro-rated if you are displaced.

What bonus pool there will be, if any, is the big question this year.

Yes, most likely- read the bonus agreement, as long as you meet the other requirements There’s a section on employment changes which clarified but sounds like they have wiggle room to not provide if they wanted to. Will greatly depend on if your performance objectives were satisfied.

Yes, pro-rated bonus is part of the package. I reviewed the specifics last Friday.
