I am officially sick and tired of all the time wasted on D&I. It is beyond boring and does absolutely nothing but create global eye rolls across the organization. Talk about what people actually care about for crying out loud!

I love hearing about D&I and “equality” from a guy making $36,000,000 a year while others get laid off. Feels real genuine.
Don’t worry D&I month is almost over.
@owx you stand proud. Not many adults are shameless enough to brag about having the mentality of a four year old. Must be a great life you have.
Amen. D&I is important but there are more things the company should be speaking to in town halls.
Most of you folks posting that you're sick and tired of D&I are why we have D&I.
Maybe if you'd keep those old fashioned thoughts to yourselves the rest of us wouldn't have to take D&I training every year.
Me? I like everyone, but some of you folks don't make it easy.
FYI, the South lost.
D&I is important for many reasons. But honestly we don't need to hear about it at every town hall. Almost seems like a distraction from huge changes happening.
Saul os right. Getting laid off from this cesspool would feel liberating
I don’t want any one repeatedly forcing their agenda on me, whether I agree with them or not. Political, religious, even fundraising. Especially from “the do as I say, not as I do” crowd. Manipulation and coercion will usually result in my taking the opposite side. I think most people do not respond positively to the hard sell.
Saul, who makes millions of dollar per year, says that getting laid off can feel liberating and might be a great opportunity? WTF?!??????!

Our LOB senior managers require us respond yes or no as to whether we attend meetings we are invited to.
265,000-275,000 employees in different LOBs across the country. Not everyone is treated and managed exactly the same as you on your pious little corner of Sesame Street.
This whole thread is so racist. And don’t we have a rule not to name people here below EVP?
Serously, these events are not mandatory, tune out during D&I.
There is only one reason D&I would get anyone so upset that they feel the need to log a post on a rumor website.
Grow up.

Elmo

Why does D&I make so many people so upset? It's a minor thing at work.
Oh, wait, I know why....
I have old people in my family, too.
Mary Mack — you are a super-bad public speaker! Plus annoying and condescending. And you sound totally clueless about everything.
ravi radhakrishnan..
for some reason .i just cant stand his voice.. he looks the most artificial. hypocritical-non genuine!..
does anyone concur!? also he has gained weight over the years . s—ing out all the bonuses i guess !!
Not to mention Tech is about as “diverse” as it gets.
If senior management can’t figure out how to keep their eye on the ball, we will ALL be out of work.
This new team is just as unfocused, ineffective, pompous, unrealistic, unaware, and self-absorbed as the old team. We are pawns for their own success.
If you're representing D&I for technology, it's not a great idea to publicly admit that you don't know much about neurodiversity. SMH.
I am 100% for D&I. It should be on the list of important factors.
However, it strikes me as disingenuous that management doesn’t breathe an honest word about cost-cutting, progress on the asset cap, future vision and strategies for the company; and the only thing they consistently talk about is D&I.
If the ship is in distress and we’re trying to avoid hitting the iceberg, let’s not be focused on what music the band is playing.
Its just you. She should be CEO.
MM says get a dog to cope with losing your job! What a biabia!
Is it just me , or is MM really condescending toward Technology as a group?
D&I is part of the "global reset" discussed at the World Economic Forum, a 4th Industrial Revolution.
