Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is there a rule here not to name and attack people below EVP?

Especially racist attacks ... but if I’m ever referring to a 2 or 3 down from Charlie, I just use their first name or their initials and only if absolutely needed. If you work here you know who I’m talking about, but otherwise that person won’t be publicly harassed.

Many of the people who post here sound like 3, 4, or 5 downs and have a lot of inside information (easy to spot). I haven’t yet seen a post violate insider trading laws, but anonymous posters do have a responsibility - even if anonymous.

There are zero reasons reasons for racist comments and they are unacceptable.

The terms of the board are that if you name names the post will be deleted. Sometimes it takes a bit of time and sometimes it is just a reply but I've seen entire threads removed because of that. Especially racist and or threatening. More so on my spouse's company thread because they are going through the same layff issue but more aggressive.

It seems like both companies are using the same HR handbook.

I nominate OP to monitor the anonymous board.

And this seems to be way more of a problem coming from Saul’s organization
