For those of us who wfh since March would Wells allow us to come in and take our stuffs home?

I left the firm on my own accord over the summer. They denied my request and pick up personal items and I have not received anything.
Fortunately I don’t have many things there. I don’t know what all is there but it would be nice to get it back. I know for sure I have 2 Yeti tumblers sitting on my desk from the final week we were in the office (I’m sure they look like a science experiment). I have a couple of WF stuffed ponies and some BS like that. I’m pretty positive I have a jacket hanging up in my cube as well.
I just kind of assume it’s a lost cause.

They have a ship to home strategy and nobody is allowed back into the buildings
My motto has always been "be ready to walk out the door at any time". Having a butt load of c-ap at your desk only slows you down. It's an office, not your home.
@1oqy. That’s awful that they cut tie with you and still hold your belongings. Either let you come in and get it or deliver it ASAP.
Never bring stuff that has any value from a monetary or sentimental perspective.

Nope, fedex if your are lucky. Chances are, it's all gone as they won't see it for 3 months after you are gone.

They kept my red stapler.

They get somebody else to pack your stuff for you.
I don't even remember what I had in my cubicle and I was told that they had already packed up my stuff on the day I received my notice : Once I received the box, I noticed there were some items missing that I was expecting... I'm still in the process of trying to get those back because you are not allowed in the office even with an escort/security guard :|
It happened to me about a month ago. I had badge access the day they told me so I immediately went in and got my stuff and cleaned out my office. For those that didn’t go in they either had someone pack up their belongings and mail to them or had an escort while packing up.
Can't imagine the crazy stuff they will find in the process. One guy at my office runs an online business from his cubicle. His area looks like a mini warehouse. Shipping his things will be expensive!
Nothing surprises me at Wells Faro anymore. I would not be surprised if they stole it from you.
WF hired a third party vendor to pack personal items. Managers/corporate properties have master keys to offices/desks/file cabinets.
It's against the law to withhold your personal belongings. They will escort you in and out when you come to retrieve your personal belongings and that is fine. Don't let them tell you you can't. I had a company try that on me. I won when I threatened to call the local media.
I think they feed everything to the toilet demon.
@yzr. It’s creepy that a total stranger pack your belongings. I also have yoga mat, sweater, chocolates, sun glasses.... poor whoever has to do the packing. Covid sure throws everything off

Well I locked the drawer and hide the key because someone stole my phone charger. Also it is a big draw full of designer shoes so they better send every single pair back to me :)
