comp is finally available in cp&d. funding appears variable

@1pw here.... no email went out and as of a few mins ago CP&D does not have comp section opened up. And nothing from my comp specialist.... so I do my other work....

I'm am actual member of that silly jelly club. :). Every month, we are sent a sample from a different state.

The one from KY was most unusual.

a simple email from HR would be nice on this matter. Now I need to reschedule all my calibration meetings with the rest of my managers.

With all the manager layoffs on Tue, they had to wait for the system to update from Peoplesoft.

Heard they’re aiming for Friday now. If you’re a bottom level manager, they only gave you one day anyway to look at and input everything, so if they can hit Friday, you’re still good to go on PTO.

Are they doing a bell curve like they did at mid-year?

It didn’t get opened because they accidentally laid that team off. Oops!

World class HR we have

for the person who now has to work on PTO next week to input the numbers just change that day to a half day.

They probably have to cut bonuses further to make up for slower than planned layoffs.

Thanks OP, I’m wondering the same. We received a few communications that 11/18 would be the day it opened and now that day is here and...nothing. No communication about it and it’s obviously not updated and open.

We will learn in December what the rush was about around CP&D..it wasn’t about bonus and pay

If they are taking time to figure out the bonus funding level I hope no one banked on the 80% that was used as the example in the manager training session a couple weeks back.

Jelly of the month is looking more and more of a possibility.

OP here Thank you @1pw. This is just fabulous I am supposed to be out all next week and I am going to have to work on my PTO to get this all turned around now. I am sure that while their dates are fine to shift our deadlines will not.

Weird we don’t know bonus funding %... why??

as of this morning, I got email from my comp specialist saying that bonus guidance would be another few days yet, and CP&D would be opened up later today but only to be able to work on merit. Allegedly there was to be an email blast at a specific time announcing that it is open but that time has come and gone and nothing...

Par for the course this year.
