CSBB is just a repackaged Community Banking as it was under Carrie Tolstedt. Bring up an issue, hold endless meetings beating down whoever tries to shine a light on the c—roaches. Deny, deny, deny and do nothing to address policy violations, not responding to MRA's, and in general allowing pi$$ poor performance predicting future performance. Mary Mack, you have improved nothing. You're next on the hit list.

Totally agree. Our leaders spend more time trying to axe Issues than they do solving. It’s non stop useless debate and meetings vs just getting things done. Mary tries to play a big game and be engaged in issues but her leaders especially 1-3 down from her just fight it all day. All they do is complain about everything vs stepping up and reducing risk. It’s a total disaster in CSBB.
