NDA is part of your separation agreement that must be signed and returned to WF by a specified date. They don't make you sign it during the meeting.

Was informed NDA has to be signed. Curious to see what roles were impacted ?

Was told “a team member is going to be laid off” don’t know the role yet of who it is. Will reply with information.
