So how’d we do?
12 years, been to about 5 town halls. They are mostly useless, people afraid to ask the big questions. So many "leaders" have their own town hall, getting sick of the emails. Seems like they all have their own agendas that contradict each other. Agile this, agile that, will fix all of our problems, no it's made them worse.
Every single one of these Town Halls have been 100% useless.
Our exec's clearly have nothing useful to do.
