@vpn, I agree. I came from a fortune 500 company that's tooted as one of the best places to work and it was hell. Chock full of bully managers and robot employees who walked around with their noses in their laptops and weren't engaging.
This place was so refreshing. I don't care about what other negative comments say.

Those making less than 100k are eligible for merit increases. Like most things in life though, you still have to earn it. The fact that you had to ask this on a layoff site says a lot about you. So, I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.
