December will be the month for massive consolidation layoffs in the Tech org (Cloud & On-Prem), now that the whole org is under a single leader, MH.
Lay offs in backend support teams - Procurement teams being hit globally.
OD, hardware sales, hardware support and manufacturing, cloud sales and marketing, DB engineering and marketing, and everything else in the tech org. Cloud apps safe for now.
