The company has been sliding downhill for a while now and chances are it's not changing direction, ever. Rumors of layoffs, store closures and hours being cut are all that is being discussed. Which is why we should all be prepared for any unforeseeable changes. Sadly, when layoffs do happen, the majority never see it coming and pay the price.
