Just wrapped up internal interview and the feedback I was given was that this PVSI Regulatory Control team was not given any positive feedback and led by “ questionable leadership” and that reputation has stuck with them. What a sad situation for those who worked day in and day out to do the best under terrible leadership. All levels of leadership were disappointing - thanks for nothing.

For the initiated, SDI is the Strategic Defense Initiative, although the SF substance usage floats them beyond that. Stick with PSVI restrict the bar drinks at Ruby Skye to alcohol please.

For the uninitiated, what's pvsi?
Well... just applied for a role got pass the recruiter and hiring manager grilled me about my team (one under Al) there goes my shot -the manager literally said “ we didn’t think much of Mani and his entire org. Thanks for nothing people
And the clueless directs ( except for one or two maximum) hires under al- every single person I speak to has something to say about that mess of a group how embarrassing since there are so many hard working people stuck in that nightmare.

who's still calling it PVSI? Hasn't it been SDI since early spring?
Mani Sulur is a disgrace, his hiring practices perpetuated this worthless team that added zero value. He hired incompetent Al N and then stuck him under the too cool for school stud George S who couldn’t be bothered to spend one second on the red headed step child reg control team. Now that team is dissolved, some having been laid off because Mani had Al hire tons of managers to have 2 directs. And this wasn’t years ago, it was just last year. Yet Mani gets to remain a control exec while he has failed careers on his hand due to his poor decisions
That sounds about right.
