the formal communication was in the compensation webinars that managers attend (or were supposed to attend). There is a PPT doc from that webinar that also states it, which is circulating.
there would not be a communication to the broad employee base, since it's not relevant to everyone.
yep this is posted internally - they certainly didn't call any attention to the change though
Supposedly truth to this cap on merit increases yet no formal communication from HR. Next thing you know lay-off notices will be delivered via the NYTimes.
OP, what else did you hear on the call? Any talk of bonuses or LTICP?
How about others?
