Auto is still overstaffed in the sense that many managers have fewer than 7 directs, including director level managers.

I don't understand how we still make money in auto. The apps are antiquated, the process for our customers is cumbersome and slow, we don't offer our customers the best rates, we force buy car insurance for them, the info on the online app does not match the transactions on the mainframe. Just shut it down already.
Likely someone who was previously laid off from auto and is getting some sense of satisfaction seeing others laid off, especially in management positions
Just one auto obsessed person who posts about auto. Maybe the same person who posts about teller became IT manager. Obsession would make people do that
There is no "done" in any LOB for at least a year.
Why are there so many questions about Auto? It’s a very small part of Wells Fargo.
