Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

No volunteering to being laid off at this time.

And HR is well aware of what is being said on this site.

Sure HR knows what is posted here. They also know what you tweet, Facebook or put on LinkedIn. I always tell the younger folks whatever they put on the net never leaves them, but a lot don’t listen and some regret it later. The fools even shop or post stuff on their work computer.

I do think HR follows the law, unless someone really messes up.

But I also wonder about the account scandal. How could they have not known? I'm sure they had more than a few people complain.

I know HR is here to protect the bank, not the employees, so maybe they were just being good soldiers.

@1hmd+17LPqju0, yea they also dont care about employment laws.

I saw one thread showing the goal is to give this to another company for take over.

if they know what is being said let them know there are laws in the United States that ensure workers get a minimal amount of humane treatment.

HR #1 function is support the company. Not to obey laws. They knew for years about the fake accounts. And fired anyone who complained them.

HR/ER is worthless.

Complicit corporate soldiers. Nothing more.

So what? WF has 270,000 employees. Hey HR, why don't you do your job for once and actually follow employment law? The only thing worse than calling HR Wells for help is calling tech support in India.
