@2afc+17KreW4N they can legally do it if there is a business reason, not related to military leave. For example, an organization that is losing money and has to reduce it's workforce.

we have alot of military people who are on military time off or whatever they call it.. I would be shocked if Wells terminated people while in this type of time off status. But given what Wells did to people during the accounts scandal I would not be surprised.

advice -
bail out now, it could become very messy at WF over the next year. I saw a similar sinking ship with my high-tech company 20 years ago so i resigned and never looked back. i then found a nice secure gig with a government pension [sweet], private office, good pay, etc.
Best wishes to all of you, these are difficult times.
ps- it's important to leave any organization that's in trouble - get on with your life, the grass can be much greener if you jump ship. A good org. will give you good benefits, education, career development, and happiness.
