Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a cutoff date for bonus eligibility, assuming any bonuses will get paid.

You have to be employed as of the payment date to get the bonus; it used to be 12/31 but they changed that because they’re greedy.. it’s a bonus for your prior year accomplishments after all.
OP here. My question was about if you get laid off prior to a bonus being paid, is there a cutoff date where you still get your bonus. Or is it if you are not employed on the date the bonus is paid, then you are s___ out of luck.
I believe Mid October, like the 15th. That could have changed now though.
You can do a teamworks search for "Wells Fargo Bonus Plan" and find the document there. You must be in the bonus-eligible role for 3 months. If you retire, you are eligible for a pro-rated amount; otherwise you must be employed by WF as of the Award Payment Date. There's a number of possible exceptions, like death, STAR assignment, or "good leave event" (they really liked you), so you really need to read the plan to get to the answer you need (or just call HR with your question).
Bonuses are prorated to months in role.
you have to have been employed long enough to get a performance rating - which is 3 months. if you are hired late in the year, no bonus unless negotiated in advance.
