All of the experienced, well trained at the expense of Wells Fargo employees, that are being laid off will soon be using that training at lot's of other companies in the USA. It is very expensive and time consuming to train employees. This will be a great loss for Wells Fargo, all of the highly trained USA employees now gone, or soon to be gone. THINK. Will Wells Fargo have to spend millions of dollars to train the India replacements, yes, most likely. How does Wells Fargo see this as a "cost savings"?

It often takes MANY years, a lot of corporate money, and very hard work, for new employees to gain the level of experience that former employees who have left the company had. They cannot usually just walk in and "hit the ground running". Especially when the former highly experienced employee that could have trained them is now gone. Ha! Wells Fargo is making a big mistake releasing all of those highly trained long term employees who will now be working for the competition. Some Managers expect the less experienced employees to just step up and "fill the shoes" of a former very experienced employee, and then find they cannot do the same level of work in the department. Then that less experienced employee gets a bad performance review because they do not have the same skill set and experience as the former highly skilled employee who is now gone. AND no one to train them anymore. Manager blames new, less experienced employee for work not getting done due to lack of high level skill set formerly provided by now GONE, YES GONE, hard working former employee.
