The FEDS want all the old timers out of the company due to all the crimes they commited. Even those not directly involved doesnt matter, they have the same mentality.

This is why they cleared out the top level first and work their way down. No one who is here today will be here in the future. They are hiring from outside only for important positions.

Every single one of them are going. After the end of the year and with the reduced salary continuation plan. The entirety of SORM is redundant to second line functions because Home Lending, while it thinks it is special, it isn't and does not need to have its 'own' second line. That fatten pig is going to the butcher.

There, no stop posting this same questions in every other thread.

Be helpful if you define what the heck SORM means. This is a huge company and we can’t keep track of everyone’s acronyms so throw the readers a bone man.
