Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Stock price plunging

Sad, if the stock.plunges too low, there is an opportunity for a takeover. In my own opinion, Wells Fargo is a huge tainted name and if we follow like JP Morgan, large parts.of the bank may be sold off until its small enough to merge into another entity. Thus further erasing Wells Fargo off the list.
I worked there 17 years are there are a lot of great, wonderful people being negatively affected for something they had no part of.

WF changed permanently about 10 years ago when the fraud started. It will never be the same whether we stick around or are sold bit by bit.

So said the hardcore faithful believers in Enron, Wachovia, Lehman, Kmart, Toys R Us and on and on.
They never took their blinders off and couldn’t see the forest for the trees. They kept preaching the positive all the way down. All of these companies were “money making machines” until they weren’t.

Just pointing out that I don’t have a crystal ball and neither do you. Don’t let your blind faith take you down.

WFC is going nowhere. Rewind 4 years, WFC was a money making machine and no it wasn’t due to the unauthorized accounts which cost more to hold and service than was profit from. Only JPM was generating more revenue and net profit. Wfc will return to those metrics, it will take 1-2 years.

Work is also getting more toxic , there are no labor laws even followed.
