Anyone had any luck trying to get their severance package after accepting the WFH gig?
I feel like I was lied to. This is not what I signed up for. I’d rather just take the severance at this point.

I love WFH. No commute, more flexibility, can get more personal things done, ....
I know for a fact CS supervisors are absolute garbage. Any retail rep knows twice what they know...
Do what the Philippians call center does (my experience with a different company) - they talk to the customer for a few min to find out what the problem is, then you put yourself on mute and never talk again with the customer even if they keep saying hello. Just wait a few more min and the customer will hang up.

Moved to higher position :) ....just admitted the TS and CS spots at same level were too much of a grind and should have gotten more responsibility. Stupid a–.

Taking calls has always been a rough job - in the center or at home. Its even harder at home. I can't imagine being new to it and my first experience being WFH.

The WFH jobs they opened up were in telesales and it's a f—ing grind. It's not like the store you don't have a moment to breathe between customers and if you use wrap up too much you will get documented.
The other options for customer service were the bottom of the barrel and the are just as bad about metrics as commissioned sales.... All to not make a penny more off it.
9v retail is not equal to CS or telesales 9v. Some of us should have been moved up to high level roles with more responsibility.
You could go back to the store 24 hour part time hahahahahhah
