wow i only join WF early 2020. and now been cut.... HR said almost 100 in credit card retail cut this week......

So you worked here for about 8-9 months, and are getting paid for another 4 months without having to work here. Congrats!
My first reaction is why in the world would you take a job with WF at the beginning of this year? Hadn't you heard about all the scandals and corruption? Why would you even consider a job with WF, much less take it - unless there was absolutely no other job available in the world!
At least you'll get the same severance (8 weeks) as those who've been with WF for up to 4 years.
I'm sure you saw the dismal news before you joined. Probably really needed a job.
Regardless, it stinks. We're all mercenaries.
$crew corporations like WF for corruption and unethical activity among leadership.
I hope they at least gave you a bit of a severance package.
Sorry to hear that. It's a shame that the company kept hiring when layoffs were looming. (It's not like leadership only just started talking about it.). Best of luck, I'm sure you'll land very well.

Blessing and a curse sorry that you lost your job. There are other companies hiring and contract work pays decent premium with skills.
That happens at all companies. I've seen entire departments hired and cut 6 months later. You may want to avoid large corporations, it's only going to get worse.
